Gravy, LLC ("Gravy Wealth," "we," "us") operates gravywealth.com and related services including the Gravy Navigator AI ownership concierge.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and responses to the Ownership DNA Assessment. We also collect usage data when you interact with our website and services.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide personalized ownership guidance, deliver the Gravy Navigator service, send relevant resources and updates, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number through the Ownership DNA Assessment, summit registration, or other Gravy Wealth opt-in mechanisms, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Gravy Wealth, including personalized ownership guidance, resources, and follow-up from the Gravy Navigator. At each opt-in point, you will see a clear consent statement explaining the program before submitting your phone number. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies based on your activity, preferences, ownership pathway, and the conversations you initiate. Frequency may be higher during active engagement periods (such as deal evaluation, expert consultations, or summit participation) and lower during inactive periods. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for support, or START or UNSTOP to opt back in. Your mobile number is used only to deliver Gravy Navigator messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (such as SMS delivery providers including Twilio) is permitted under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate our services, including AI providers for natural language processing, Twilio for SMS delivery, Supabase for data storage, HubSpot for customer relationship management, and Stripe for payment processing, under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us and may not use your information for their own marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@gravywealth.com. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Gravy Wealth. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our email communications. SMS and email opt-out preferences are managed independently. Opting out of one channel does not opt you out of the other.
